    1. Subscriptions: Users start with a free account, with limitations. The Individual and Team packages offer additional features. All payments and billing are processed through Stripe, which complies with EU payment processing laws, including the PSD2 Directive.
    2. Upgrades and Downgrades: Subscriptions can be upgraded or downgraded at any time via Stripe. Users will be notified of any changes to pricing or terms that may impact their subscriptions.

Stratpilot only integrates with third-party services that meet EU data protection standards. Users are responsible for reviewing the privacy policies and terms of third-party services.
